Return & Exchange Policy

sizing charts with measurements are provided on each item. please ensure to use them to prevent ordering the wrong size.
- we will accept exchanges only on online orders, no refunds.
- within 10 days after delivery please notify us by email email@example.com with your order number and we will coordinate the exchange with you (ex: delivered on the 10th you have until the 21st to reach out). once item is received, replacement will be sent.
-customers are responsible for all shipping charges on return of item.
- order # or name it was under must be provided for us to look up the order.
sale & clearance Items:
- sale items purchased during sale events are exchangeable for the value paid within our normal exchange period. we do not exchange straight across for sale prices paid.
- clearance items are final sale and not exchangeable or refundable. this applies to all items in our clearance collection. products in the clearance collection on the website are classified as clearance even though they may also display a "sale" badge rather than "clearance" on the product picture.
