Return & Exchange Policy

 online orders:

sizing charts with measurements are provided on each item. please ensure to use them to prevent ordering the wrong size.

- we will accept exchanges only on online orders, no refunds.

- within 10 days after delivery/local pickup date, you can exchange in store if local OR notify us by email with your order number and we will coordinate the exchange with you (delivered/picked up on the 10th you have until the 21st). once item is received, replacement will be sent.

-customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return of item and new shipment. Reduced flat shipping rates will not apply to the exchanged item. 

- order # or name it was under must be provided for us to look up the order.


in-store purchases:

we are small, but we do have an electronic inventory & sales management system just like the big guys. NO receipt, NO gift exchange card, NO tag on clothing, NOT within our refund/exchange period = NO refund or exchange.

-all in-store purchases have 10 days after the date of purchase for refund or exchange. (purchased on the 10th you have until the 21st.)

-for a refund OR exchange, items must be in new, unworn/unused condition (this means our hang tag is still affixed to clothing, free from smells ie: smoke and perfume/cologne and clean, no excessive pet hair etc.) 

-items MUST accompanied by a receipt or gift exchange card. if we have neither of those we can not access the original order in our system, nor the applicable pricing in the event of a sale purchase to process the refund/exchange. 


gift purchases:

-we give gift exchange cards in the store with extended exchange periods for gifts at any time. please ensure the card goes with the gift, it is the same as receiving a gift receipt elsewhere. 


  • online: orders regardless of delivery/pickup method placed from nov 1 to dec 24 of current year will be exchangeable until jan 15 of the new year.
  • in store: we give holiday gift exchange cards from nov 1 to dec 24 of current year. exchange period runs until jan 15 of the new year. please ensure the card goes with the gift, it is the same as receiving a gift receipt elsewhere.

- if you are the receiver of a gift, please respect the exchange date as it has already been extended well beyond the normal.


sale & clearance Items:

- sale items purchased during sale events are exchangeable for the value paid within our normal exchange period. we do not exchange straight across for sale prices paid. this applies to online purchases and in-store purchases during a sale event. in-store refunds on sale items are accepted but must be within our normal return period. 

***if you purchase a gift during a sale event, the receiver will only be able to exchange for the sale price paid. that amount will be put towards the exchange and they will pay any resulting difference.

- clearance items are final sale and not exchangeable or refundable. this applies to our clearance collection online AND clearance rack in the store. products in the clearance collection on the website are classified as clearance even though they may also display a "sale" badge on the product picture.
