Shipping & Exchange/Return Policy
Shipping - Deliveries - Local Pickup:
We currently offer a flat $10.00 Shipping fee for all orders within Canada and a flat $20.00CAD Shipping fee for all international orders. We cover the rest because we realize, shipping fees suck.
We do local deliveries in Prince George for $7.00. Address entered must be within 30km of our store for this option to pop up for you. A cheaper and quicker alternative to Canada Post if you can't make it to the store during our hours. Deliveries are usually within 1-3 days. Only applies to our brand, sold on our website, not the other items sold in store.
We now offer a free Local Pickup option on our website! If you select this option you'll receive an initial order confirmation AND THEN an email when your order is processed and ready for pickup. You'll likely receive the email within 24hrs, except Sunday and Mondays as we are closed. We also ask that these orders are picked up within the week as we are a bit pinched for back-end space. Only applies to our brand, sold on our website, not the other items sold in store.
All packages shipped will have a tracking number, so any MIA package disputes will have to go through Canada Post.
We may have up to a 3 business day processing time in addition to the following Canada Post delivery estimates:Within BC: 2-5 Business Days
Everywhere else in Canada: 5-10 Business Days
International: 7-10 Business Days

Returns & Exchanges:
You can exchange for a different size item by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt/pick up. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees or returning to the store for local delivery and pick up orders. As long as the item is unworn and in new condition with tags still attached, we will send out the requested replacement for no further shipping cost.
No returns are accepted for online purchases.
For purchases made in store, you can exchange or return your item with the receipt within 10 days of the purchase. For items purchased during a sale which is no longer running, the original value paid will be applied to a return or exchange.
If we've somehow buggered up the order or there is an issue with your item, we will correct it 110%.
