All packages will have a tracking number, so any MIA package disputes will have to go through Canada Post.
We may have up to a 3 business day processing time in addition to the following Canada Post delivery estimates:Within BC: 2-5 Business Days
Everywhere else in Canada: 5-10 Business Days
International: 7-10 Business Days
**May be longer in the event of scheduled postal service delays
Do you have a local pick-up option online? - No.
Will you ever? - Probably not.
Returns & Exchanges:
You can exchange for a different size item by emailing email@example.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. As long as the item is unworn and in new condition with tags still attached, we will send out the requested replacement for no further shipping cost.
No returns are accepted at this time unless we've somehow buggered up the item or order. We strive for the elusive perfectionism, but shit happens and if it does, we will correct it 110%.
Does this item come in xyz color or xyz garment option?
- If its not shown on the website the odds are good it does not. Occasionally it takes a bit to get photos up but for the most part, what you see are the options available. There will however be a handful of designs that are available in-store only.
Can you print this design but on this color or this garment?
- No, our designs are not customizable, sorry! We test print different designs on different items with different ink colors etc. before committing to what we feel is(are) the best one(s) to release based on how we intend the design to look. Having said that, there will be some designs that we release on different colors or garments over time.
Can you print my design on a garment?
- No, our printing equipment is for the production of our in-house brand only, we don't offer custom printing services. The custom printing business is a whole different line of business that we for many reasons aren't prepared to venture into.
